Every now and then, a research paper find that what we were told by medicine a few years or decades ago, might not be really the case. Things like oil and fat are bad and causes cholestrol, that we are directed by either the left ot right brain etc. We exchanged butter for margarine, only to find that the "rubbish" in margarine are even worse than the fat content of butter. We were told from the 70's and 80's that smoking is the number one killer and cause of lung cancer. Well, is it?
